Review: Purchased an above ground pool 02/14/2014 was told by the store manager as soon as the pool was delivered to my property they would get paid and I would be one of the first pools to be installed. Pool was delivered in March 2014, called the store first of May. Was told by the store manager it would be installed in a couple of weeks. Did not here from anyone at the store so I stopped by the store the week of May 19, 2014, again told by the store manager my pool would be installed in 2 weeks, I verified with him this would be the first week of June 2014, he agreed. No call or update from the store. I called the store on June 1st and was told by the installation manager a crew would be at my house June 6th. No one showed and no call from the store with an update. I called them June 8 and was told again my pool would be installed June 11. No one showed on the June 11. Called the store on June 12, started getting the run around from the store and installation managers. I reminded them they told me I would be one of the first pools installed this year. after several phone calls to the store with no call backs, the installation manager started avoiding my calls. When I stopped into the store on June 12 the store manager was joking about me coming in, they knew it was my next step after they were avoiding my calls. On June 13 I contacted the corporate office and spoke with [redacted], he said he would look into the issue and get back to me. Called [redacted] on June 16 asked him to find out how I got put so far down on the list for my pool installation again he said he would call the store and get back to me. June 19,2014 have not received a call from the store or corporate office on the status of my pool installation.Desired Settlement: I would like my pool installed within the next few days like it was promised to me upon signing the sales agreement. If Litehouse has to pay extra to get a crew to my property in a timely manner. They should be willing to do it for customer satisfaction. I have already paid my installation fee and have yet to enjoy my pool in 2014.
