Review: I am a home owner living at [redacted] since Feb 2009.Recently, I have noticed an issue with my home hardwood floor which near the outside wall. I called my AAA Insurance and get it inspected. AAA immediately sends the Plumbing company and Hardwood floor investigation companies and provided the cause of this damage.As per AAA, damage inside the house and the hardwood floor caused by "Exterior Water Intrusion" from outside wall and moisture from the roots of the plants/trees going underneath of the home wall. This is association owned community so I communicated the same with the association. They are not agree with the investigation and wants to do destructive investigation which is not required as per AAA Insurance.We have similar situation in the same community and all repair work has been done by association but they are asking me to do destructive investigation even though AAA reports clearly says damage is caused by "Exterior Water Intrusion" to the wall and flooring.I am doing follow-up and call(s) with association since last 3 months but they are not ready to accept the AAA Insurance inspection report with cause and fix recommended by them.I have proof(s) of all the email(s) with AAA Insurance, Contractor who did the inspection along with replies from association.Finally received a letter from association today saying that they did all required insepction and they are not thinking that this damage is caused by the outside water intrusion and moisture by the outside wall.I really need help before more damage happens to my home.Desired Settlement: I need association to fix the floor or damaged area as well as fix the places / near my home outside walls where still water is getting stuck which will cause more damage in the future.
