Good Morning free in Home tunings are done within the first weeks of delivery then second free tuning within that one year time period I always tell this to all buyers face to face and there is a sign on the wall clearly seen saying all free tuning within the first weeks , second within that year to make sure there is no confusionIn years of tuning pianos this is my first complaint no one ever asked me to do a free tuning a FIVE YEARS after buying a piano from me,, if fives years goes by the piano is so out of whack so out of tune so flat of Apitch it is not fair to me, so I make it very clear at the time of buying the piano it must be tuned within weeks then again within the year Please understand I give all buyers a clean TUNED PIANO with the delivery it is up to them to call me within the time frame and EVERYONE doesI have never had anyone ever call me FIVE years later and want me to take a completely flat of pitch neglected piano and except me to do years worth of tuning when they should have called me years soonerThe free tuning are within the frist weeks so the piano is in great shape then I follow up about to months later as the piano is being cared for and tunings are reasonable NOT FIVE YEARS LATER,, IN FIVE YEARS IT'S NOT THE SAME PIANO AS A DELIVERED, It is times the work as the piano has to be extremely flat after being played and sitting for five years, waiting five five is forcing me tune it four times that day where if he called within the year the piano would be at the same Apitch as it was when it was delivered, That piano should have been tuning to times already depending on how fussy a piano owner is, sometime people in New England their pianos three times a year, if it was tuned two times a year for five years it should have been times He neglected the piano all these years not meIm sorry but I am 100% correct and I have a perfect record with everyone, this buyer is not being fair and it is common sense tooI am not being taken advantage of by this guyNo one ever waited fives years ever to call me for a free tuningNOT ONE TIME as this happened in years Thank you [redacted] *

within the first 8 weeks , second within that year to make sure there is no confusion. In 25 years of tuning pianos this is my first complaint no one ever asked me to do a free tuning a FIVE YEARS after buying a piano from me,, if fives years goes by the piano is so out of whack so out of tune so flat of A440 pitch it is not fair to me, so I make it very clear at the time of buying the piano it must be tuned within 8 weeks then again within the year . Please understand I give all buyers a clean TUNED PIANO with the delivery it is up to them to call me within the time frame and EVERYONE does. I have never had anyone ever call me FIVE years later and want me to take a completely flat of pitch neglected piano and except me to do 5 years worth of tuning when they should have called me 5 years sooner. The free tuning are within the frist 8 weeks so the piano is in great shape then I follow up about 4 to 6 months later as the piano is being cared for and tunings are reasonable NOT FIVE YEARS LATER,, IN FIVE YEARS IT'S NOT THE SAME PIANO AS A DELIVERED, It is 20 times the work as the piano has to be extremely flat after being played and sitting for five years, waiting five five is forcing me tune it four times that day where if he called within the year the piano would be at the same A440 pitch as it was when it was delivered, That piano should have been tuning 10 to 15 times already depending on how fussy a piano owner is, sometime people in New England their pianos three times a year, if it was tuned two times a year for five years it should have been 10 times. He neglected the piano all these years not me. Im sorry but I am 100% correct and I have a perfect record with everyone, this buyer is not being fair and it is common sense too. I am not being taken advantage of by this guy. No one ever waited fives years ever to call me for a free tuning. NOT ONE TIME as this happened in 25 years. Thank you [redacted]
