We acknowledge that there was a mistake on our endYet there was no August response as is claimedWhen there was a follow up in September we responded immediatelyWe have refunded months as well as voided one month once we were made aware of the issueHere's a screenshot - ***This client claims to have tried to contact us but it seems didn't try very hardWe have no other complaints against us in 10+ years of doing business
You billed me from January to the current date so you owe me for Jan to June [redacted] is reversing the charges from June through September if you will look in your own support tickets you will see that I filed a case in August about this issue that you never responded to you do not provide a phone contact number so there is no way to contact you directly I was told by [redacted] that the number you have on file is not working At the time I filed the support ticket with you I didn’t realize you had continued billing from the date of cancellation in December to present if I had a way to contact you that you responded to in a timely manner we we could have resolved this some time ago if you made it as easy to cancel service as to sign up you wouldn’t have this problem please review your own support system before you say I didn’t contact you about this before yesterday Complaint: [redacted] in December

He did not need to contact [redacted] on this matter and could have come to us. We admit there was an error on our part but his only attempt to rectify this error was a chat yesterday which we responded to.
