Listing Referral Group

I was so excited to finally find a company that was legit! As soon as the "leads" started coming in, I realized I was NOT going to get what I was promised. I wanted listing opportunities and all I got were phone call opportunities. If I knew that's what I was going to get, I would have not invested $5,000 to Lisitng Referral group and another $997 to Landvoice to provide them the list to call. I am out $6,000 now. I was supposed to receive 1-2 listing appointments on average a week. In 6 months I received 9 "leads" Whats frustrating is those 9 were not good. Id say, maybe I had an opportunity on about 1 or 2.(in 6months) The other ones were clearly not interested in meeting with me or already had other Realtors. When I asked for my 6 month review and refund, because on the CONTRACT it states you can have a review in 6 months and ask for a refund (minus any Listings you received) I was given excuses and just simply told NO, I do not qualify for a refund. They will not call me, text me, or email me back. You cannot talk to anyone higher up to resolve the issue. They just flat out tell you no and leave it at that. I am very disappointed that they are not holding their end of the bargain and are BREAKING their own CONTRACT. I have read over 40 similar complaints. Which tells you, this is what they do and its a MAJOR problem.
