I am rejecting this response because:This man is morally wrong and has no ethics worst service and waste of timeHe wants a work order # because he didn't want to give me one at the point of the issue he simply kicked us out and said it was our own problem but I have pictures and proof of the time and date of the incidentI choose to reject your offerNo point in fighting the issue with someone that wants to lie about the incident
