We received Complaint # [redacted] via regular mail on Monday, June 6, The complaint involves a claim that the Lisbon Community Federal Credit Union is reporting information incorrectly via a credit bureau On Tuesday, June 7, we reached out to the individual initiating the complaint and left a message The individual issuing the complaint returned our phone call on Wednesday, June 8, During the course of that phone call we reported to individual issuing complaint that a review of our records reveals that the information we are reporting is in fact accurate At this point we discovered that he was not looking at a credit report received from one of the three national credit bureaus, but rather credit information received off of his credit card statement The person issuing the complaint did send us a copy of this information on Thursday, June 9, In the customer's complaint, he writes "It shows that they reported it as a new debt on 6/10/15, 7/8/15, 8/7/15, 9/12/15, 10/14/15........" The information the individual issuing the complaint forwarded to us does not make any reference to "new debt" Instead, it simply states that on 6/10/15, 7/8/15, 8/7/15, 9/12/15, and 10/14/the Lisbon Community FCU reported that he had a delinquent account and that he had not paid us on time This is accurate, on those days we did in fact report to the credit bureaus that he was in fact delinquent on his obligation to the credit union. The customer's complaint also indicates the amount of $22,is incorrect The information he provided us showed a delinquent amount of $22, Truthfully, neither of these amounts are correct It is important to note that what we are showing we are reporting to the credit bureaus, and the credit bureau report we obtained, are showing the correct amount It is also important to note that the customer at one point had multiple loans with us and one of those loans was for an amount very close to what his credit card company is reporting Perhaps they are mixing up the data? On Friday, June 10, and again on Monday, June 13, we left messages with the individual issuing the complaint hoping to gather more information regarding the credit card company reporting this information We are willing to attempt to contact the credit card company directly to find additional information regarding what they are reporting The individual issuing the complaint has yet to return our call.To summarize our response to this Revdex.com complaint, we are not reporting "new debt" on five dates shown on his credit card statement, nor is his credit card statement stating there was "new debt" on those days Furthermore, the credit bureau report does not report new debt on those five dates so there is nothing to delete or correct on his credit report Regarding the "year mark" for keeping negative credit on a credit report, the credit report we obtained to respond to this complaint no longer shows that derogatory information.......so the information did in fact drop off in May as indicated by consumer

complaint and left a message. The individual issuing the complaint returned our phone call on Wednesday, June 8, 2016. During the course of that phone call we reported to individual issuing complaint that a review of our records reveals that the information we are reporting is in fact accurate. At this point we discovered that he was not looking at a credit report received from one of the three national credit bureaus, but rather credit information received off of his credit card statement. The person issuing the complaint did send us a copy of this information on Thursday, June 9, 2016. This is accurate, on those days we did in fact report to the credit bureaus that he was in fact delinquent on his obligation to the credit union. The customer's complaint also indicates the amount of $22,345 is incorrect. The information he provided us showed a delinquent amount of $22,644. Truthfully, neither of these amounts are correct. It is important to note that what we are showing we are reporting to the credit bureaus, and the credit bureau report we obtained, are showing the correct amount. It is also important to note that the customer at one point had multiple loans with us and one of those loans was for an amount very close to what his credit card company is reporting.
