Review: I went to [redacted] also known as (profession: Psychic) who was located in Nassau, Long Island NY for a simple psychic reading in March of 2013. As I placed trust into [redacted] she told me that it would be wise to leave money in her possession and that I could access the money at anytime once I handed to her. I honestly told her including in writing agreed that my money ($9100.00) was going to be used for business/ personal reasons and I had exclusive unobstructed rights to reclaim my money at anytime. Furthermore this money was to be only in [redacted]s presence for a duration of no longer than 6 months (April to October 2013) or through my simple request for its return. Important Note: This money was not for any services rendered under [redacted]s business. When I asked for my money to be returned on numerous dates, [redacted] adamantly refused to return my money that was only to be held until such circumstances arose concerning my personal needs. This refusal of my personal money to me happened through repeated attempts to acquire money in my name of $9100.00 . This money was actually supposed to be returned without any further questioning, obstructed means, deviance, misconstrued intentions direct or indirect to myself by no later than what the promissory note instructed. [redacted] conducts her business at another address in Nassau, NY as of November 2014 the date of this posting.Desired Settlement: Return all my money $9100.00 in full to me at a safe location other than [redacted]s residence or business location. Also if money is missing or if any refusal of all my money, I want a full detailed explanation and I will proceed from such instance relating to my personal money herein. Once my personal money is returned this complaint will be closed and no further action will be required.
