Lisa A, Copland

I retained Lisa A. Copland law office in April 5, 2.019. I found she was abusively over billing me. Our contract in page 3 states that I will be billed every month. and that "One reason for billing monthly was to give me the opportunity to bring any problems relating to my bill promptly to her attention. Any objection I may have must be communicated, in writing, within 20 days of teh date of each statement, otherwise , all objections to the charges will be deemed waived".

During my divorce process Lisa Copland was over billing me. In July 5th, 2019, I reviewed my invoices of May and June and emailed her with my concerns.
Mrs. Copland did not respond to my objections, instead she encourage me to pay not matter I disagree with the charges. She could not support the charges and ignored me. May and June invoices were
June : $2.605 -Over billing $855
May : $1.512 - Over billing $355
July : 3.982.5 -Over billing $1.350.oo
August : 3.982.5- Again over billing 1.532.5

December: 2.997.5- Over billed $2.041.5 I objected the invoice in January, 2.020

All the invoices were object withing contract frame to communicate the problem.

During December 2.019. she did not provided services as I needed, I communicate her my availability in Dec. 20th to reunite with her and discuss my final steps for divorce. She emailed me with automatic replay "I am on vacation until December 27th" which was a Friday. In December 27th I try to communicate with her and she replay automatic "I am on vacation until January 2nd".

The service she provide was negligent, inefficient, and disrespectful, she did not provide customer support or delegated my case to another professional from her law group.

Her only answer was she was offended since I dispute her invoice. Any ways she ignored me and did not refund any money.

Finally she decided to not support my case with ethic and I lost lots of money, my home, my car and dissipation of money we ignored and I ended loosing my case with out seeing Judge ***.
