Melted ice left on the floor that I slipped in
On June 12,I visited The Liquor Locker located on Riverside DrAs I was approching the counter I slipped on a wet substance that the cashier "***" identified as melted iceShe stated a customer dropped it earlier and she forgot to clean it upShe cleaned up the spill with a brown towel stating she was glad I did not fallHowever, the slip caused a pinched nerve in my backI missed work the following day & visited the ER the following WednesdayI contacted the manager *** regarding this incident, due to her being unable to find the camera footage she stated there's nothing they can doI have incurred a substantial amount of medical bills due to the negligence of store safety & was not provided the store insurance information to take care of my medical expenses
