We were contacted on January 13th to remove the customer from our mailing list.  There are other people that send similar mailings as we would not mail someone 4 or 5 times in a 45 day span.  We have had this happen before where they thought it was all coming from us and when they checked...

their records they noticed it was different companies sending them a letter or card.  However we have removed them from the mailing list.  It should have been explained that the mailings are planned in advance and take a few months for the list to get refreshed and the name removed from the mailing list.  So they can throw away any future mailings and expect for the mailings to stop from our company in the next 30 days.  You should note this is the same standard practice with mail order catalogs and other direct mailers.
