The customer is incorrect on all points.The claim that we are more expensive is in correctOur prices are cheaper than our competitorsThe customer did not provide any proof of cheaper quotesHe also stated that he couldn’t get any one else to do the work at all in the time frame that he needed it.There was no up chargeI told the customer that digging was not included in the base price and he said that he would dig up the lidsWhen we got on site and the customer did not even know that there were two lidsWe had to locate a buried lid and dig it up(as the customer states in his complaint he only found a single lid)The remote mountain location of the customers property did not have cell service and he was not on site so there was no way to contact himAs he knows.The customer makes the assertion that he had a better place for us to pump fromThis is incorrectHe does not have a commercial drivers licenses and does not understand the safety requirements for a 40,pound truckWhere he wanted our driver to pump from was unsafe for both our equipment as well as his property.The one thing in the customers statement that IS correct, is that I informed him I would be putting a lien on his propertyI informed him of this after he refused to pay and made it clear that we would have no way of finding himA lien takes a week to go through so I gave him the courtesy of letting him know the last possible moment that we could fill the lien based on the sale date
