Review: I submitted my headshot and resume to be considered for representation with this agency. I was then sent a letter asking me to pay a $25 fee just to meet with them. I am pretty sure this is illegal with concern to talent agencies. From their response email: "We are having “new talent” one-on-one meetings. There is a nominal $25 fee for a one-on-one meeting to ensure all parties honor their commitments once made. If you would like to set an appointment, please select a date/time that works best for you per the link below:"Desired Settlement: I believe this is illegal activity and the charging of a meeting fee should be stopped.

After consulting with my lawyer, there is no illegal practice by charging the upfront $25 nominal fee for a one-on-one meeting with our organizational representatives. This is communicated up front when we express an interest in a talent for potential representation. Ms. [redacted] has opted to not pay the fee and was afforded the opportunity to attend an open call at no charge.

Review: I just pay the $25 dollar for the one on one interview my interview time was at 12:15 pm on 4/2/2016 but I miss it because of the transportation. Me an my brother using one car an I told Sheri B[redacted] that I wouldn't be able to make it to the interview because my brother had to work in the morning I evening ask her if she could see me Thursday or Friday I even told her before my interview date an she gave me April 12 which I will be at work I told her where I work at amazon. An than I had my aunt take me up there because she had to pay a bill so we got there and I new I was late an was hoping that they will still take me but they didn't. The lady told me that I have to do it again which means I have to pay another $25 after I pay the first time. I called Sheri B[redacted] an she was rude an nasty I understanding that I was late my schedule for work Sunday-Wednesday and off on Thursday's Friday Saturday when they don't call for over-time on Thursday'sDesired Settlement: If Sheri B[redacted] can't work with me on my work schedule I would like a refund. Am not going to lose my job because am leaving early just to meet a agency at liquid Talent that's not able to work with on my work schedule its not right
