We sent the following email to the customer stating we will will accept the return even though it has more than days since ordering due to the customer showing good faith in trying to use the product and the time beyond days was minimal.***,Thank
you for sending this email explaining your
situation. We normally hold
very strict limits on our return policy to avoid abuse from less
than honest customers, but your explanation shows you tried the product
in good faith. We honor our money back guarantee, but in the same good
faith you showed, we will accept the return even though you were later
than days after ordering to inform us. Please note the
refund policy as stated on our web site is "If you are not completely
satisfied simply contact us within days of
purchasing to return the program for the full purchase price, less the
cost of shipping." We will not be able to refund the shipping cost.Our
returns manager is not available to send you the return instructions
you will need until next Monday. Expect an email with those directions
