Review: I ordered a part from Liquid Choppers in 2012 & the wrong one was sent. They acknowledged their error & directed me to return so the part could be replaced. I was then told the part was on backorder so would have to wait until the part was in stock. Once it was determined the part was discontinued I am told a refund was attempted. This was unsuccessful & am told was attempted multiple times. This has been going on for two years & it is very clear that despite my multiple attempts at reconciliation they have no intention of righting their wrong. I have even offered to take store credit & my e-mails are now ignored. I have saved all of my correspondence via e-mail over the last two years attempting to resolve this issue & would be happy to forward your way as well if additional "backup" is required. I did notify them that if my e-mails were not responded to I would be elevating my complaint. Below is an exerpt from the last e-mail string, sent Feb-**-2014, I sent them outlining the specifics dates etc to which I received no reply;

"In Jan 2012 I was sent the wrong oil bag for my shovelhead. It was acknowledged that the error was on your part on Jan-**-2012 by [redacted]. Feb [redacted] I sent the Oil bag back to your shop. After 3 attempts at confirmation that your shop received the returned oil bag I received confirmation March [redacted]. After two years of excuse after excuse my money has still not been refunded. I am owed $266.22 (243.40 for the bag & 22.82 for the return postage). I have been flexible & have indicated I am willing to take store credit but no progress has been made. I believe I have been more than cooperative & definitely more than patient with your company. This situation needs to be addressed. Please reply with resolution or I will be looking into how to file a formal claim. Please note that I have all of the back & forth correspondence dating from Jan 2012 saved & will be happy to forward."

Review: I ordered a motorcycle tire from this company and never received it. they sent a refund to my [redacted] account, but the echeck bounced when [redacted] sent it to their bank. I have never once gotten through on the phone and have never received an answer to my messages and emails. this has been going on now for 23 days.Desired Settlement: I just want my money returned to me
