This claim was reported promptly by our insured, LIPPS Wrecker Service, LLC for the date of loss 8/10/ We forwarded the claim to the insurance company The insurance company investigated the claim They found LIPPS Wrecker Service, LLC not to be at fault and denied coverage They closed their file The insurance company also answered a Deptof Insurance complaint filed by the claimant.The claimant sent us the same paperwork again in December, and the insurance company stood by their denial Pertinent emails from insurance coattached

They are the reason that my motorcycle was damagedI expect them to fix it because it was on their property and their fault for the incidentTheir driver was the last person to touch the motorcycle and they need to fix it

When the incident occurred my driver called and told me what happenedHe had told the guy to put kickstand down and to get off the bikeHe was getting the straps ready and HAD NOT even touched the bike when it fell overI told him to get the information and I would turn the it into the insurance As a responsible business owner in carry insurance for incidents like this. I turned it in like I was supposed to.The insurance felt it was not our faultThey even had to answer to the West Virginia Insurance CommissionerI feel that I did what I was supposed to have done

They closed their file. The insurance company also answered a Dept. of Insurance complaint filed by the claimant.The claimant sent us the same paperwork again in December, 2016 and the insurance company stood by their denial. Pertinent emails from insurance co. attached.
