Lipmonthly.com owes me for eight months of product. I believe that the company got one bag to me and attempted one other bag and sent it to the wrong address. I have made attempt after attempt to get some sort of resolution with this company and even let them to continue to bill me for a time, as they promised to get me my subscription boxes, but there was shipping issues. It's been almost a year now and I still have received nothing, not even a courtesy email, no t a refund, nothing. They refuse to accept an responsibility and refuse to come up with any solution.

Customer initially cancelled her subscription dated November 8thShe received a retention email from us as part of the cancellation process she needs to click on the link to confirm the cancellation and it seems that the customer wasn't able to do that that's why her subscription remain active and
she got charged for DecemberAs a resolution we have manually cancelled her subscription and refunded $from her December payment
