This has become a legal issue we have filed a lien on the property. First off, [redacted] isn't the contract holder, its her mother. secondly we arrived at the property it was in total neglect thousands of roaches weeds in yard over 4 ft tall. Just a mess. Should have walked away at that moment....

Client never initially contacted us about any complaints  but had another contractor remodeling the property repair her issues, denying our right to remedy, we never heard of any of these issues until I had to call a contractor R&D because one his workers told mine.  I spoke to the contractor who did the repairs have a taped conversation on the matter said 800.00 would have addressed the issue. it was her that decided to have a new roof put on the contractor who did it stated it didn't need it.  This lady has not wanted to pay the bill since day one.  This has become a legal matter we have filed a lien and will be filing suite against her for non payment.
