Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute This is untrueHis electrician advised that the way the insulation was blown in that it was a fire hazardI paid [redacted] crest to properly insulate my buildingHe never took the time or he doesn't have the knowledge to understand what was needed to properly insulate the facilityHe made numerous attempts to try to collect more money to cover his expenses for his lack of knowledge in the construction business His lack of professionalism when I called about the issue was unbelievableI was told it was my problem to deal with and he hadn't made any money on the job so he is not going to get the insulation problem correctedAs for my roof, he was hired last summer to FIND LEAKSHe send out a sub contractor that screwed up the job and attempted to send the same guy out numerous timesFinally, after the leaks were still there he told us he would have another company come outThey do didn't know where the leak wasSince I still to this day have the leaks, and the money I paid him to seal them is now lostI still have leaks, and I have to hire another reputable company to try to fix all of their mistakes [redacted] Crest does not want to take responsibility for their lack of quality nor do they have a sincere interest in doing the right thingI have lost a couple of thousand dollars, I hope others don't lose more with them Regards, [redacted] ***

This is untrue. His electrician advised that the way the insulation was blown in that it was a fire hazard. I paid [redacted] crest to properly insulate my building. He never took the time or he doesn't have the knowledge to understand what was needed to properly insulate the facility.
