Review: I place an order on 12/10/2014 for a DVD about[redacted]. On 12/11/2014, my credit card was charged the amount of the DVD and shipping. On 12/12/2014, I emailed the vendor about when the DVD would be shipped and if they had a tracking number. I did not receive a response back. On 12/15/2014, I emailed the vendor again and asked if the DVD was shipped and if it would arrive before Christmas due to it being a gift. Again, no response back from the vendor. On 12/16/2014, I called the phone number that was associated with the charge and received no answer just a answering service. I left a voice mail asking for them to call me and still no answer. I cannot get into contact with anyone from this company about the order I placed. My order number is #[redacted].Desired Settlement: I either want the DVD that I purchased or a refund of my money. If they are going to ship the DVD, I would like a tracking number so I know when it will be coming to me. If they are refunding my money, I want it to be refunded immediately.
