Lionesse Beauty Bar and Massage

My *** year old Mother was walking through the mall and two men from this Beauty Bar kiosk approached her. They were very high pressured with my Mom. She kept saying how she could not afford this product as she is only on social security but they kept pressuring her. She is easily confused and easy to coerce into doing things she doesn't want to. They sold her beauty products that she would never use. The cost came to *** that was charged to her *** charge credit card. She was so embarrassed that she had done this that she would not tell anyone for quite awhile. She bought it May 8. When I found out about it, I contacted the mall as I could not get the business to answer the number. The mall contacted the business owner and he called me. His name is *** and his number is *** He is located in *** Even after I explained how my Mom was treated, he said it had been to long to give my mom a refund. I explained that none of the boxes has been opened but he still said he could not help me. this same kiosk grabbed my granddaughter (she is 21) by the arm and drug her over to their products. They are very pushy and took complete advantage of an elderly woman. At first my Mom could not remember what this charge was for on her credit card so it took us a few days to track down who the business was and how to contact them.
