Lion'esque Style

Review: My package was not delivered to me. I contacted UPS and they require the retailer to initiate a missing package request from them. Lion'esque Style would not, despite my email and request to do so. I then called UPS a second time to tell them the retailer would not respond to me. With that new information, UPS called two numbers they had on file with Lion'esque's account, as well as the number listed on their customer service page: ###-###-####. No response received.My third and fourth emails to Lion'esque have gone unreturned.Desired Settlement: All that I am asking for is for Lion'esque to work with UPS to resolve the missing package, as required by UPS, or a replacement to be sent.

Response:

We immediately responded to the customers email that her package didn't arrive with proof of UPS tracking and delivery confirmation. We also provided such information to paypal, upon their request, and paypal deemed the customer as a buyer to be flagged. In her complaint to us she stated "Hi, I'm inquiring about order #[redacted] shipped under UPS tracking #: [redacted]. It says it arrived on 5/** and it says that I signed for it, but that is untrue. Our UPS driver has a habit of doing this without actually delivering the packages."

We provided an email and office number for her to pass to UPS, but with shipment confirmation, there is little we can do. We also offered [redacted] a credit/discount for any future orders for her trouble and provided complimentary shipping on the purchase she made.
