The facilies are maintained by workers unwilling to help customers with problems in the facilitiesThe washers do not fully spin all the water out of the clothesWhen this happens, I am told there is nothing they can do about itThe dryer timers are not an actual minute, I have timed them on multiple situations with my phone timerThe punch card system is a joke, they will not let you redeem multiple cards, even after issuing a new one to you if you forgot it at homeThe workers are argumentative and not helpful in the least bitI have been going to service facility for a year and a half now and the service keeps getting worse

When this happens, I am told there is nothing they can do about it. The dryer timers are not an actual minute, I have timed them on multiple situations with my phone timer. The punch card system is a joke, they will not let you redeem multiple cards, even after issuing a new one to you if you forgot it at home.
