Tell us whyWe have worked with Mrs***, on this issue, before receiving this complaint on April 19, All of the fees charged to the account after March 21st, were refundedAnd of the ‘double fee charges’ were also refundedWhile Mrs*** remains a member of DEXSTA Federal Credit
Union, this account was paid off and closed on April 15, It is our understanding that all of the issues outlined in this complaint have been addressed and we consider this matter to have been resolved

below.The message was it was resolved, but I do not believe it was. I'm llooking for the towing fee to be refunded to me as I don't feel it was right to be charged that much when I was on a payment plan ready to make a payment that same day.
