Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2017/10/10) */ As the customer stated in her complaint, they entered the wrong address online to ship their order toUPS shows that they did deliver the shirts to the address that was provided, which is why they refuse to take responsibility for replacing the shirtsThe reason we filed a claim with UPS, even though they did nothing wrong, was to see if they could at least get the package back from the neighbor that they were delivered toHowever, they were not able to retrieve the shirts because the neighbor denied ever receiving themEven though we did our part and shipped the shirts to the exact address provided, we will go ahead and refund 50% of the cost of the shirts as a one time courtesy
