I have been trying to get some support form this company and can get no response to my emailsThey asked me for my invoice before they would even look into my question - I provided that and they have "gone dark" on it and have not responded to three requests for follow up Looking at reviews on Amazon, Sears and other places it is apparent that this is a standard practice for this companyI will never do business with them again!
I have experience with the linsay people since maybe years ago, and I love the way they treat me as a customer, whenever I leave a voice mail they will always get back with me, via emails, voicemails, or they do whatever to reach me back, there are many representatives, some are better than others, on my experience I would always get the calls back from *** he is an excellent agent, and the times I spoke with him I felt like he was doing 100% , this company is really good on customer support and I love my tablets and their products
