I inquired about purchasing two hoverboards from them for my boys' birthday. Several very quick responses from them before I paid. They promised to ship items the same day I bought (Wed PM) and deliver on Friday with a tracking number to be provided right after shipping. Once I paid, no tracking number and no responses to several emails over several days. It's now over a week later and I still don't have them - and still no responses. They have a phone number that is not activated. They have no real business email addresses (@gmail). Obvious once they had my money, they didn't care. They ruined our sons' birthday gift. Could only imagine if these units end up needing warranty repair/replace. I've only written a few negative reviews in my lifetime but had to share this
