: Thank you very much for contacting the store (Linne's Boutique) in regard to my complaint. I received a call today from [redacted], who was so friendly and polite, and eager to resolve my concern. We discussed the entire situation and
she was open to resolve the situation. I bought the clothes.
From now on I will go in to this store only when [redacted] is there.
