Lingerie New Style

I placed an order April 4 and just received yesterday, July 7. I sent them emails asking about my order and never received a response. Today, I returned the item and if they think I am going to pay a restocking fee, they are sadly mistaken.

Review: I placed an order on a bra that showed it was in stock on May 14, 2015. The order was placed on there website. I contacted the company on the phone # listed on there website 4 days later when I noticed the item hasn't shipped yet. The # provided seemed to have no business answering machine. I left several messages and when I didn't hear from them I emai them. When they replied I was told the item was out of stock. I think I sj of been told that as soon as I placed the order and not have to find out by my contacting them. They kept giving me the run around that it should be in anyway. I continued to try and call and sent several emails which took long to respond to. I finally received my item yesterday may 29, 2015. This company would of never contacted me to tell me the status if I didn't contact them. When I rece the bra ordered it doesn't quite even match what I ordered. It has no shoulder straps and was supposed to be a super push up and not even close. It's very cheaply made for the price of $44.05 I paid. They offered horrible customer service and I will never do business again. My order -# is [redacted]
