Review: First of all, shipping took 3 weeks. This company will not answer their phones no matter how many times you call or if you leave numerous messages asking to please call back regarding issues or returns. They will not respond to emails regarding issues with an item or to return an item. You must obtain an RMA number from customer service in order to return any merchandise and this must be done within 10 days from the purchase date or else you do not get your money back, but how are you supposed to obtain this RMA number when the company will not answer by email, phone or voice messages? They are trying to avoid granting returns.Desired Settlement: I would like to get an RMA number so I can return the bag I ordered and receive a full refund.
