Linen Store

Review: Item that was purchased from LinenStore.com on 10/**/13 turned out to be defective. Website states they will pay return shipping costs for defective items. I called the store, spoke to [redacted] and explained that the item was defective and I wanted to return it. She e-mailed me their RMA form. I returned the item using USPS and Linen Store received it at 1:50pm on 11/*/13. Since then I have made over six calls & spoken to Jeff and/or [redacted] requesting the refund. Seven weeks after they received the defective item I still cannot get them to refund the $28.91 ($19.99 for the item plus $8.91 for shipping). They received the defective item back AND have kept my money! All I want is the $28.91 refund I have been trying to get for seven weeks.Desired Settlement: It has been seven weeks - I want the $28.91 refunded.

The credit card company has reimbursed us for this purchase. I disputed this transaction with the credit card company and will let them deal directly with LinenStore.
