Dear Revdex.com, We did receive the customer's exchange, but the new shirt was on back-order.  We do have more shirts coming in, but we've decided to simply issue a refund. We issued a full refund on 4/19/17.

Company states that the product was back-ordered and had since came in. Company has sent the product to the consumer.
