The policy practices, such as lease agreements for apartments owned by Lindsey Management are unethicalThey will debit your bank account for rent on the 3rd even if you haven't moved into the apartment (even if it is due to their business cause, such as cleaning/repair) and will not prorateAlso, the lease expires on the 28th of the month, no matter what and they do not prorateAnd then they charge the tenant for cleaning, even if you clean before you moveTherefore, keeping more than half of the depositI found all this out as I was signing a lease at The Fairways of Hurricane CreekAnd was informed by one of the leasing agents that all of their properties are this wayI felt that was very unfair and began to feel uneasy about signing the lease and changed my mind, therefore losing my $depositI did express dissatisfaction to the management office, but of course, they refused to refund my depositI just want to share the type of unfair and unethical business practice they run
Worst company I have ever had to deal with. The apartment complex took my deposit for an apartment and then told me no apartments where available. Would not refund the deposit for 3 to 4 weeks so I can put it on another apartment that isn't Lindsey owned or operated. Went to headquarters to get it back. Still waiting for a check after they told me it would be in the office today.
