I am rejecting this response because: Mr. F[redacted]'s response is an absolute and utter lie.  No wheel was ever spun on my tractor getting it into my truck.  No force was used -  WHAT SO EVER!  Their loading doc was not the right height for my truck.  I had to ask one of their workers for help.  He brought out aluminum ramps which helped me get it on the truck.  The deck fits between the wheel wells with room to spare.  I'm more than willing to bring the truck/tractor to you so you can see for yourself. This is further proof that their work is inferior.  I called them as soon as I became aware that the tractor was not properly repaired.  This is not my first [redacted] Tractor.  I know how to load and unload them.  I've never had a problem like this before with any of my other tractors. To me it's a shame that someone has to lie - right through their teeth - to do business.  I will never - EVER - do business with these people again.  Further, I will never - EVER - recommend them or [redacted] to anyone!
