I dealt with them last year due to a not at fault accident, and they took one look at the car I had been driving since the accident and said that it wasn't safe to drive (and that I could have gotten a ticket)They talked to the insurance company to convince them to give me a rental car So, having an at fault accident recently, I chose to call them again This was absolutely the best decision, as they were extremely helpful Knowing I had no insurance, they gave me the least expensive options, and advised me of several options and offered advice to help me choose the best route if I ended up having to call it a total loss I trust them completely
