Review: I purchased a new 2009 [redacted] from this dealer on March 6 2010. I traded the car in on March 21 2014 for a new vehicle. When I bought the [redacted] ,I also purchased a 60 month 100,000 extended warranty. Recently I drove back to this dealership to apply for the unused balance of this warranty. I spoke with the finance manager and signed a cancellation form to recoup the remaining monies. Days later I received an e - mail saying that I had to go to a [redacted] dealer to file this claim . Lindsay automotive no longer sells the [redacted] ,only Cadillacs. Now imagine the response I received when I presented this request to a [redacted] dealer in the [redacted] dealer . I feel that Lindsay Cadillac should make good on this warranty refund. All Maintenance procedures were followed in order to keep this policy valid . Receipts available on request.Desired Settlement: Repay the difference of the leftover warranty. At the time of trade in the car had 80,105 miles on it.
