Review: Lindotiger makes the claim that they are experience in their business and offers advice on what works in their industry. After following their advice with my project I was totally dissatisfy, because it did not live up to my expectations. I felt it was uncompleted and I had to continually paying them to fix what they created. I had to always data test their work so that it was error free. I finally had enough with them when a server that I was paying for when down.The server going down was not the problem, the way they handle it was. It took three days for the server to be functioning properly and my data was not backup with proper data. They advice was not to my best interest, however it was a scheme to gain my business.Desired Settlement: I would like all artwork in psd form and user data return to me.

Company states that they are sorry about the situation. The consumer has not paid his bill for the last 6 months and he owes $6,000. Once the bill is paid all the work will be returned.

In the past I have ask to fix what's wrong with what I am paying for and instead of fix the problem. I was told by the company "they can't keep developing" and I would need to pay a new fee. When I ask for the company service I expected that the company to know the scope of the project and create something that makes sense. When I found discrepancy with what I paying for the solution is not to charge a new fee. I not running away or trying not to pay but at this time I feel like my need was not met.
