On our website when you place an order, it says this is an estimate and can change if the books are not available in the condition requested You are not able to proceed until you check the box agreeing to this On her order form, it even specifies if there are no used books available, the customer will pay the difference for a new book They get this message several times that the price is an estimate and could change I have spoken to this customer and tried to express this to her
