Eberhard Benton Roofing has been "working" for three days at the home next door to mineThey began the job on Nov 2; on Nov at 9AM the crew wrapped my home in plastic to protect it from the sprroof next doorThen the roofing crew left at 3PM without completing the job and left my home wrapped in plastic overnightIf the company was not ready to spray on the roof, they should not have wrapped my house in plasticThe plastic smells horrible and is blowing all around making a racketCompletely unprofessionalIt's a small house - unbelievable that this company could not complete this small job I sincerely hope Eberhard Benton Roofing is able to complete the job on Nov and remove the noisy, messy plastic from my home before the weekendOne positive note: the general manager apologized for this situation
Wednesday, September 17, 2014, I had the worst experience ever with Capital Cab
I called about 2:PM for a cab going to the airportAfter about four follcalls--and being told one is on the way, the cab didn't arrive until about 3: PMOf course I missed my 4:PM flight
The ride cost me about $
The ride back home cost me about $Fortunately, I was able to re-schedule my flight for the next day, same timeI reserved a cab for the next day (September 18, for 2:PM)After two-three followup calls, and no cab, I cancelled and imposed upon a neighbor for a ride to the airport
Through no fault of my own I was out about $$28.00, and feel compensation is due

They began the job on Nov 2; on Nov 3 at 9AM the crew wrapped my home in plastic to protect it from the spray-on roof next door. Then the roofing crew left at 3PM without completing the job and left my home wrapped in plastic overnight. If the company was not ready to spray on the roof, they should not have wrapped my house in plastic. The plastic smells horrible and is blowing all around making a racket. Completely unprofessional. It's a small house - unbelievable that this company could not complete this small job.
I sincerely hope Eberhard Benton Roofing is able to complete the job on Nov 4 and remove the noisy, messy plastic from my home before the weekend. One positive note: the general manager apologized for this situation.
