day and a half we returned all of his clothingHe inspected them and agreed that everything was thereThere are times when you run a business that errors occur*** *** had no damages to his property or had any missing clothesThe issue was resolved in a timely manner and we even gave him a discount on the billWe apologized for the inconvenience numerous times

This is an unacceptable answer from lindenview laundromat the fact of the matter is my clothes weren't there as promised they had gave out my clothes without a ticket there is no excuse for this when I first walked in there the lady told me that my friend picked up my laundry and I asked her what are you talking about I never had anybody pick up my laundry I had no choice but to call the cops because if an unauthorized person picks up my property that is theft and then she changed her story to all I know the person that picked it up I will get the clothes back to you because of this business is negligence I had to buy clothes to wear for that night and I was relying on those clothes to go to my friend's engagement party which I had missed because of them because I was relying on my clothes to be there but instead I waited all day for the clothes to arrive from the person that tookmy clothes and as for the discount which was a huge slap in the face she only gave me a couple bucks off which made matters even worse and not only that she walked away with a bad attitude these clothes were over a thousand worth I've been a loyal customer for at least over years and this is how they treat me this is unacceptable ***
