As per our discussion over the telephone I informed Mr [redacted] we would not be charging him any service charges for the month of May (which has not been billed yet) Our company does not bill for service until the month is over Which means we bill for the previous month Attached is the last invoice for Mr ***, note the date and Service month he was billed forI think Mr [redacted] thinks he has paid for May Service which isn't true We have docs to supportWe have no problem refunding Mr [redacted] for the month of April as wellWe received his check today and we will be mailing him a refund check of today
