Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/10/13) */ Mr [redacted] was sent his half of the deposit back on 10-7-as per our lease we have days to return any depositMr [redacted] was sharing a space with his sister [redacted] when Mr [redacted] decided he was going to move his sister wanted to stay and they both asked if they could move someone else in to take his half we agreed I signed a new lease but am still only holding half a deposit on the suiteTherefore they actually owe half a deposit and the new tenant does not have the money to pay half so we are out of luck !!!
