I am rejecting this response because:
The response by the owner, Linda S[redacted], is totally false. The charges against her employee were not dropped. In fact today she was formally arraigned and charged with theft by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Linda's employee has caused harm to her customer and as an owner she has taken no responsibility for that. That is customer service? It's just not right that her customer suffers due to the actions of her employee while the owner who claims to be insured and bonded has done nothing to make her now former customer whole.
