There is a long story, but it comes down to the fact that you should not publicize an alleged crime without any proof There has been no trial, no conviction, and the ***'s know for a fact that I filed a claim to my insurance They spoke to the insurance people several times I have the letter of denial from the insurance company They say it is not even clear that a theft actually occurred This is due to some things said and done by the ***'s that are questionable Please don't publish hearsay and things that are just not true. I am rejecting this response because:
The response by the owner, Linda S***, is totally falseThe charges against her employee were not droppedIn fact today she was formally arraigned and charged with theft by the Commonwealth of PennsylvaniaLinda's employee has caused harm to her customer and as an owner she has taken no responsibility for thatThat is customer service? It's just not right that her customer suffers due to the actions of her employee while the owner who claims to be insured and bonded has done nothing to make her now former customer whole.
