Review: I ordered a bra from Linda the Bra Lady on May **, 2014. I received an automated email on 6/**/2014 stating that my return had been received & that all returns are processed within three weeks of receipt. Today is July **, 2014 and I have not received my refund. I have tried on several occasions to contact them by phone & no ever answers the phone. They have also not returned any of my messages.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $43 which is the cost of the bra I purchased.

Our automated notification stated that, as detailed in our return policy, returns are processed within three weeks of receipt. Our records had reflected a refund of this amount processed on July [redacted], 2014.

Upon receipt of this buyer complaint, we have investigated the refund processed for [redacted] and found a transaction error on our payment processor's end that closed her return in our system but did not submit the funds to the original form of payment, a Visa card ending in .[redacted]. We have re-processed the refund for [redacted] today:

Review: I returned three items I purchased online from Linda the Bra Lady. On 9/**/15 I received an automated e-mail stating my items had been received and I would receive a credit within three weeks. As of today, 10/**/15 I have yet to receive a credit. I e-mailed [redacted] on 10/**/15 and 10/**/15 and have yet to receive a response. I submitted a form through their website with my issue on 10/**/15 and have yet to receive a response. They do not have a telephone number so e-mail and their website are the only communication paths. I continue to receive e-mails from Linda the Bra Lady advertising their products.Desired Settlement: A refund in the amount of $199 which is the dollar amount of the three returned items.

receipt confirmation email was sent on 9/**/2015. Per our Return Policy,
refunds are processed within four weeks of receipt.
Unfortunately, we do not have a record of an email from [redacted]
through the dates of 9/**/2015 to present. The last email record from
her email address on file ([redacted]) was dated September
[redacted], 2015.Currently, all emails are replied to within 48 hours, as
we have recently discontinued phone service due to staffing. The phone
number has been removed from many areas of our website, but should
customers reach our phone number, a prompt immediately states to email
for the most prompt response.Reviewing the status of her refund,
we have found the transaction has not been processed to date. We have
issued a refund of the $199.00 amount and have emailed [redacted] a

Review: On May [redacted] of this year my parents paid for a long-line bra for my wedding on June [redacted]. That was two weeks ago and today I get an email stating there was a problem with their debit card. No explantion what so ever was given. I've emailed and tried to call them numerous times. I would like for them to either send the bra priorty mail like we paid for or return the money they stole. As it stands now I might have to wear a regular bra with my wedding dress.Desired Settlement: Either send the bra prioty mail or refund our money.
