I wanted to let you know that we resolved the complaint made by [redacted] has been resolved We do not issue Financial aid refunds until weeks after the semester starts This is standard practice for our school and we are operating under federal guidelines in doing so Thanks

I just wanted to let you know that the Revdex.com complaint from [redacted] has been reviewed and resolved He did receive his refund last week The delay was due to the fact that he was not properly enrolled in order to receive his federal aid We have not reimbursed him his late fee as that was applied to his account for not making payment and not being adequately enrolled Thank you ***
