My daughter [redacted] got dential work done on February 14, 2013 and we had to pay money up front and then they billed the insurance and we got our EOB and it showed that we will be reimbursed $397.00 so I called her office and I asked them when we were going to get our money back and they told me that they do their reimbursements at the end of the month so I waited until the first of April and called to ask when we was going to get our money back and they told me that they printed off [redacted] paper and gave it her so again I waited and called again the first of May and June and I am still getting the same story. I feel that we gave them plenty of time to give up a refund.
