Review: [redacted]. This "CPA" was referred to me by my divorce attorney because they had shared an office together at the time(mid 2012). I TRUSTED my lawyers judgement hence I TRUSTED this CPA. To make the facts short, CPA was HIRED to take care of the tax portion of the divorce proceedings/settlement. My spouse withheld 2010-11 w-2's preventing filing jointly with dependents. A substantial tax liability as opposed to a refund. IRS rules state highest AGI is entitled to claim dependents. Divorce proceedings were delayed due to illness. Final hearing in early 2014 in which judge's ORDER states parties WILL file 2010-13 jointly and proceeds divided per ORDER. Now will say, 2011-13 have been completed and filed. 2010 has not. If this is not completed PER ORDER, IRS will apply refunds from after years to satisfy tax liability for 2010 and anything out of pocket. Basically denying me a refund for said years while spouse has spent her refund. I have paid attorney and CPA they're invoice balances in FULL. I have tried repeatedly to contact attorney and CPA to finish the job I paid you for to no avail.Desired Settlement: I would like this attorney and CPA to comply with the judge's ORDER with the IRS. They are acting as Judge/Jury/Ex by not complying.

This business is absolutely the worst tax accounting business I have ever encountered. I had an absolutely terrible time getting the owner/operator to return phone calls or to provide updates on the tax returns that had been filed. Out of 10 phone calls over a 6 month period, exactly zero were returned. It wasn't until I showed up in person at the office that I got any help or answers to my questions. I'm not sure where their priorities are but I can assure you it's not with the individual customer.
