Hello, We aware of Ms[redacted] complaint and she has spoken to two managers here at Lincoln Village regarding this matterCode Compliance was called and closed the case due to no roach infestation foundOur pest control has also stated there is no infestation and has strongly advised Ms [redacted] to not spray other pesticides on her own so the pesticide he uses can work properlyWe have also informed Ms [redacted] if she would like our Pest Control to keep treating her unit to call our office to submit her requestIn regards to the late fee, unfortunately that can not be waived since Ms [redacted] payment was lateThank you

I am rejecting this response because:the manager called me and told me to come in, I went to the office 7/1/at 1035am1, spoke with *** , she says she don't have anything and the manager said to come back later at 2pmThey are giving me the run around My apartment LEASE STATES, my deposit would be returned or statement if charges in days my move out date was 3/31/I have not received any of the two !! What is the point of the lease I sighed ? They are just using the lease to thier advantagethey would be quick to act if I was in violation of the lease.why are they allow to break / violate this lease ?? This is unfair and they should not be doing this
