Dear [redacted] [redacted] ,I am in receipt of the complaint filed with your office by [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] Link I am responding accordingly to make sure the true facts are documented.Unfortunately, Ms [redacted] is not being truthful in her assessment of the matter For the record I would like first establish that neither [redacted] nor [redacted] [redacted] , the owner is or ever was a customer of Lincoln and Morgan In fact we have been retained to arrange a lawsuit against [redacted] and [redacted] [redacted] for fraud regarding funds that have been illegally retained by [redacted] and [redacted] as a freight broker acting on behalf of Transervice an agent of [redacted] [redacted] In fact if you google [redacted] and [redacted] [redacted] you will find that they are under investigation by numerous agencies including the US DOT for illegally retaining funds and not paying trucking companies they have dispatched on behalf of their clientele This complaint is nothing more than a diversionary tactic being used by Ms [redacted] to dissuade the lawsuit process we are arranging It is truly unfortunate that they are using your valued time and resources for such chicaneryPlease make my response part of any record you have of the matter and let me know if there is anything else you need from my firm regarding the ongoing process.Thank you for your efforts I remain,Very truly yours
